Stake Cash received as a promotional bonus with a Gold Coin purchase must be played through three times. SC won through Promotional Play is excluded from that 3x requirement.

If you buy Gold Coins with fiat, redemption must use fiat. If you buy with cryptocurrency, redemption must use the same cryptocurrency while an SC balance remains.

Can you cash out Stake.us to a bank account?
Bank-transfer redemption may be available after at least one successful card purchase on the account. If you have never completed a card purchase, eligible Stake Cash may still be redeemable through cryptocurrency when the account meets the displayed minimum and can cover any applicable fee.

Limits and timing
Stake.us permits one prize-redemption request per account in a 24-hour period. Minimums, fees and available methods can change and are displayed by the platform. Processing time depends on the method and any account review.
Florida customers
The current terms limit redemptions of prizes resulting from play in Florida to $5,000 per day.
What if the Redeem button is unavailable?
Check playthrough progress, identity verification, the selected payment type and any pending request. If those are complete, contact Stake.us support from the verified account rather than using a third-party service.
