Is Stake.us legal?
Stake.us uses a social-casino and sweepstakes model, but access still depends on where you live. The checker above turns the current excluded-territory list into a quick state-by-state answer.
A Florida-specific redemption limit
Stake.us currently limits prize redemptions resulting from play in Florida to $5,000 per day. This does not change Florida's state-list status, but it can affect redemption planning.
Why it is worth checking again
The excluded-state list has changed more than once, so bookmark this page if Stake.us is not available where you live today. We date every check so you can see how fresh the answer is.
