The short version
Stake US Guide is a static informational website. It does not create player accounts, process payments, store Stake.us credentials or ask visitors for names, addresses, identity documents or wallet keys.
There is no login, profile or member database on Stake US Guide.
Purchases, verification and redemption happen on Stake.us, not on this website.
The destination can identify that a visit came through our referral URL.
Technical information from normal web hosting
Like most websites, the hosting provider may create server logs when a page is requested. Those logs can include an IP address, browser information, requested URL, referring page, timestamp and technical status code. They are used to deliver the site, diagnose errors and protect the server.
Stake US Guide does not use those logs to build player profiles, and this version of the site does not provide a user-facing account system.
Cookies and analytics
The current static version does not load advertising trackers, behavioral profiling tools or analytics cookies. If analytics or another measurement service is introduced later, this policy must be updated before that tracking is treated as part of the live site.
What happens when you follow an external link
Links can take you to Stake.us, the National Council on Problem Gambling or another referenced source. Once you leave Stake US Guide, the destination applies its own privacy policy, cookies, account system and security practices.
Affiliate links to Stake.us include the referral parameter offer=tgd. That parameter tells Stake.us which publisher referred the visit. It does not give Stake US Guide access to your Stake.us password, identity documents, wallet or payment information.
Images and embedded files
Images, icons, scripts and styles used by the site are served as ordinary website files. The current build does not embed social-media timelines, advertising frames or third-party video players that begin tracking visitors inside the page.
Your choices
You can leave the site without creating an account or submitting personal information. Browser controls can clear locally stored website data, block cookies globally or restrict referrer information. Requests about information processed directly by Stake.us must be sent to Stake.us because Stake US Guide cannot access or change a player account.

This policy describes the current published build. If the site later adds analytics, forms, newsletters or user accounts, the page should be revised to explain what changes before those features are relied upon.
