Fiat purchases lead to fiat redemption and crypto purchases lead to crypto redemption while an SC balance remains. Payment methods must belong to the account holder.

What happens inside a game
Before pressing play, check whether the wallet shows GC or SC. A Gold Coin result affects only the entertainment balance. A Stake Cash result affects the promotional balance and may move toward redemption eligibility under the rules.

Buying a Gold Coin package
Gold Coin packages are optional. The payment method must be yours, purchases are final and GC cannot be withdrawn. If a package includes promotional SC, the current package screen should show the amount before purchase.
Playing and reading a result
The selected currency determines which balance changes. A win in GC remains GC. A win in SC remains SC and may be eligible for redemption. Changing currency after a result does not convert what was already won.
From SC to a prize request
SC received as a Gold Coin purchase bonus must meet the 3x playthrough requirement. SC won during Promotional Play is excluded from that requirement. Identity checks, minimums, account reviews and payment-method rules may still apply.
